DealersGPT

From the first WhatsApp message to the profit on the car.

DealersGPT runs a car showroom in one system. Buyers get answers from your real stock, quiet leads come back to your attention, deals finish with their paperwork, and you see what each car made.

Built for showrooms in Qatar. Works in Arabic and English, on a phone or at a desk.

What changes for the owner

Buyers get answers from your real stock.

The assistant answers WhatsApp questions in Arabic or English from your current stock and opening hours. When a buyer wants to negotiate, asks about financing or asks for a person, the chat goes to your team.

You see who is still waiting.

Your Today screen lists customers waiting more than 30 minutes, overdue tasks, leads with no next step, today’s appointments and cars more than 60 days in stock.

You know what each car made.

Purchase and preparation costs, payments and the sale go into double-entry books, so the profit on a car comes from the ledger and not from a separate spreadsheet.

One car, from inquiry to the books

Six stages in one record. The panels here are illustrations with sample data. Real screens come after them.

  1. A buyer writes

WhatsApp messages and website inquiries land in one inbox, with the customer and the car attached. You choose whether the assistant answers by itself, writes drafts for staff to approve, or stays off.

  2. The answer comes from your stock

Add cars from photos, a spreadsheet or by hand, and confirm the details. Price, mileage, status and days in stock live in one record, so a reserved car is described as reserved.

  3. Every buyer stays in view

Staff see who needs a reply. Appointments and tasks have a name on them, and a promise such as “a colleague will confirm” becomes a task. Leads with no next step show up on Today.

  4. The deal closes with its paperwork

Record cash, cheques and bank Murabaha, deposits and trade-ins. Print the contract, an Arabic and English sale invoice, a delivery note and receipts, then keep the handover record.

  5. The sale reaches the books

Each step posts to double-entry books. Expenses, post-dated cheques and bank reconciliation sit beside it, and reports read the same ledger.

  6. You see it all from your phone

Today shows what needs you. Ask a question in Arabic or English, such as how many cars are older than 60 days, and the figures come from your showroom’s records.

What is in the system

Everything below is part of one product, with one login and one set of records.

Leads and WhatsApp

One inbox for WhatsApp and website inquiries. Quick add for walk-ins, a call log, and lead import from Excel or CSV.

Stock

Start a car from photos, a spreadsheet or by hand. Preparation costs, reservations with deposits, days in stock and GSO status. A salesperson’s price change goes to a manager for approval.

Marketplace ads

Ready-to-paste ad text from the car’s confirmed details, for the marketplaces you use. Your staff post the ad.

Dealer website

An Arabic and English website with three templates, your colours and logo. Draft, preview, publish. Each car’s WhatsApp button carries the car into the chat. It starts on a preview address. Ask us about using your own domain.

Deals

Cash, cheques and bank Murabaha, deposits and trade-ins. Cash above QAR 50,000 on one car is refused unless an owner or manager approves it with a written reason. Contract, sale invoice, delivery note, receipts and handover record.

Accounting

Double-entry books, expenses and supplier bills, post-dated cheques, bank reconciliation from a bank CSV, trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet and profit per car. Included from the Pro plan up.

Owner reporting

Today’s priorities, aging stock and neglected leads, why profit changed from one month to the next, and questions answered from your own records.

Team and access

Roles for owners, managers, salespeople, accountants, receptionists and more, with access by branch. Sensitive actions are logged and two-step sign-in is available.

You stay in charge of the assistant

It is built so that facts about a car come from your records, not from its own guesses.

It checks before it sends.

Price, mileage and availability in a reply are checked against your records first. If a claim cannot be confirmed, the reply is held back and your team gets a task.

It says it is automated.

The first message in a conversation tells the customer it is a virtual assistant and that they can ask for a member of staff at any time.

It hands over.

Negotiation, financing details, trade-in valuations, complaints and anything it cannot answer go to your team.

You set how far it goes.

Let it answer by itself, have it write drafts for staff to approve, or switch it off.

One tap stops it.

Stop the assistant from Today, pause it on one conversation for two hours, or take a conversation over at any moment.

Questions showroom owners ask

Who is DealersGPT for?

Car showrooms in Qatar, from one lot to a group with several branches. The product works in Qatari riyals and its documents follow the way sales are done in Qatar. If your showroom is elsewhere, talk to us first.

Does it use official WhatsApp?

Yes. DealersGPT connects only through official WhatsApp Business routes, never unofficial automation. Your showroom connects its own WhatsApp Business number and account. We go through the requirements with you on a setup call, including provider approval and any provider charges.

Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?

It depends on the number. On the route available today, a connected number cannot also stay on the regular WhatsApp app, so you may prefer a new number for the showroom. We check your options on the setup call.

Will the assistant message customers by itself?

It replies to customers who write to you, inside the 24-hour window that their message opens. It does not send cold marketing messages or chase old leads. Follow-ups are tasks for your staff.

What if it does not know the answer?

It is built not to guess. The conversation goes to your team with a task, and a reply that your records cannot back up is held back.

Can it understand voice notes?

Not yet. It tells the customer it cannot listen to voice notes, asks them to type, and flags the conversation for your team.

Does it post my cars to marketplaces?

It prepares ready-to-paste ad text from the car’s confirmed details. Your staff post the ad on the site.

Is accounting included in every plan?

No. Accounting is included from the Pro plan up. Ask us which plan fits your showroom.

Is there a mobile app?

DealersGPT is a web app you can add to your phone’s home screen, and staff can turn on notifications. There is no separate app-store download.

How is my data kept apart from other showrooms?

Each showroom’s records are separated in the database. You decide each person’s role and branch, and sensitive actions are logged. The Privacy Policy has the details.

How much does it cost?

Ask us for current plans and prices, and we will tell you which plan fits your showroom.

How do I try it?

Book a demo, or start a free trial from the sign-up page, which shows the current trial terms before you commit.

See it with your showroom in mind

Tell us your showroom’s name and roughly how many cars you keep in stock, and we will show you the parts that matter to you.
